MICROS eBusiness Software Solutions include mymicros.net, your own on-line web information tool. mymicros.net offers a greater scope of reporting compared to reports generated solely at the POS level. Information is housed in a data warehouse so your earlier data can be used to forecast your future business needs. POS internet agents collect information from MICROS e7, RES, or LES9700 POS Systems and deliver reports to you via a simple web browser. Several different editions of mymicros.net are available to fit any budget, based on POS system type and size, the number of months of data stored in the data warehouse, data collection time frequency, and number of reports desired: Enterprise or Entrepreneur Edition, and the new Express Series (ES) version. Included in all versions is Enterprise Maintenance Services (EMS), which provides a simple solution to changing menu items, prices, taxes and other POS configurations. Changes can be made minutes, days, weeks or months ahead, and implemented automatically.
